We are delighted to invite you to our Resource Parent Wellness Day on September 21, 2025, from 12 PM to 4 PM at Equilibrium Total Body Wellness, located at 610 E. 25th Street. This event is a celebration of you—our amazing resource, parents—who go above and beyond for the children of Baltimore City. This is an opportunity for you to unwind, rejuvenate, and enjoy some well-deserved self-care.  Here is what you can expect at the Resource Parent Wellness Day:   Free Movement Classes

Experience a variety of wellness activities with complimentary 20-minute classes. You can choose between aerial yoga, traditional yoga, and pole fitness! All classes are beginner-friendly and taught by experienced instructors.   Childcare Provided

To ensure you can fully enjoy your afternoon of relaxation, we offer complimentary childcare in 1-hour increments, with 10 slots available per hour. All slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free Yoga Mats

The first 20 attendees will receive a free yoga mat at the door to take home! All necessary equipment for the movement classes being offered will be provided. Dress comfortably and come ready to take a load off!   Ready to embrace a little self-care and fellowship with other resource parents? Please register by September 10, 2025, to reserve your childcare slot and sign up for your preferred classes.
